How to Use

1. Preparation: Clean the silicone cage and all rings with warm water and mild soap. Test the keys in the integrated lock to ensure smooth movement.
2. Fitting: Choose one of the four provided rings that provides a secure yet comfortable fit at the base of the anatomy.
3. Positioning: Slide the base ring into place, then align the dog-head cage over it. Connect the pieces using the provided pins.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method in these regions, which means we prepay all taxes and duties on your behalf. You won’t pay extra when the package arrives.

For All Other Countries:
Customs duties and taxes may apply according to local laws. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customs might contact you for additional documents or payments.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order is packed or shipped, we cannot update the shipping address.

Can I choose a specific courier?

Currently, courier selection is not available due to customs and logistics restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package at 17track.net.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

• USPS shipments: Tracking may not update for 8–12 days while your package is en route to a USPS facility. This is normal.
• Other couriers: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or shows abnormal status, please contact us promptly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen factors—please be patient.
If customs delays your package for more than one month, we will arrange a reshipment.
If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Large orders or orders fulfilled from multiple warehouses may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.
