How to Use

1. Attachment: Gently snap the magnetic air pump head onto the air inlet at the base of the device. Ensure the connection is aligned and secure.
2. Preparation: Tighten the valve core on the handheld pump by rotating it clockwise to ensure no air escapes during the inflation process.
3. Lubrication: Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the flower bud petals and yourself. Avoid silicone-based lubricants to maintain the integrity of the liquid silicone.
4. Inflation: Slowly squeeze and loosen the handheld airbag to inflate the core. For the longevity of the material and your safety, do not exceed 15 compressions of the airbag.
5. Deflation: To release the pressure, rotate the pump valve counter-clockwise. You may also gently press the air release valve at the base for a quick deflation.

Tracking Your Order

Will I get a tracking number?

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

• USPS shipments: Tracking may not update for 8–12 days while your package is en route to a USPS facility. This is normal.
• Other couriers: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or shows abnormal status, please contact us promptly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen factors—please be patient.
If customs delays your package for more than one month, we will arrange a reshipment.
If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Large orders or orders fulfilled from multiple warehouses may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.
